Shipping Options & Rates

Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days with the exception of rush periods (Holidays, Graduation, Sales, and First 2 weeks of class). Processing time may take up to 3 business days during rush periods.

All overnight orders (FedEx Express, 2 Day, etc.) must be placed by 9:00 AM CT to start processing the same day.

Overnight shipping EXCLUDED from free shipping promotions.

  • Standard Shipping:
    1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.
    **Not available to addresses in Alaska/Hawaii

    For internation shipping, you will need to contact the clothing department (319) 273-4953 to get a custom shipping quote.

    Business Days & Holidays

    All orders are processed and shipped during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding UNI holidays. If an order is placed after the cut-off time (9:00 AM CT), it will be processed the following business day.

    We do not process/ship on weekends, holidays, or days we are closed:

    Tracking Orders

    You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that includes shipment details and your tracking number once your order is ready be shipped. To track an order on unibookstore.com, please login to access your order information.

    Textbook Shipping Policy

    Textbooks are shipped out within 48 hours after the textbook order is processed. Backordered textbooks are shipped as soon as the book arrives.
